Toggle locations on/off and configure dates, hours, and pros per location. Use the CSV template to bulk-fill every location's hours and pros at once instead of typing them in one at a time — you can still hand-edit anything below afterward.
Creating a new event duplicates the current Google Sheet's 40-location + Dashboard structure into a brand-new Sheet with every booking and pro assignment cleared, then immediately points this site's live backend at the new Sheet — no redeploy needed. Existing bookings on the old Sheet stop being visible on the site until you revert. Do this only when the current event is fully over.
